Top 5 dual-SIM Android smartphones under Rs 20,000

Xolo Play 8X-1200
Xolo Play 8X-1200 was announced just recently, targeting the avid mobile gamers in India. The Play 8X-1200 features a 5-inch Full HD IPS display. Under the hood, the Play 8X-1200 houses the True octa-core 2 GHz MediaTek MT6592T mobile chipset which is paired with Mali-450 GPU graphics to deliver top level mobile gaming experience. This mobile chipset is clubbed with 2 GB RAM for supporting modern 3D graphics loaded games. By default, the handset offers 32 GB on-board storage. This smartphone runs on Android 4.4 KitKat. Xolo has loaded Gyroscope sensor along with other usual sensors such as Magnetometer, Accelerometer, Ambient Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor and Hall Effect sensor.

Supporting dual-SIM configuration, the Play 8X-1200 looks stylish and has three capacitive buttons in the front. At the rear, it has a 13 megapixel camera with PureCel sensor and Dual LED flash. Meant for high quality imaging, one can easily record full HD videos with the rear camera. In the front, it has a 5 megapixel camera for great quality self portraits and HD Video calls. Even the front facing camera has an LED flash. The Play 8X-1200 also supports USB on-the-go function to connect a USB drive. Xolo has packed 2300 mAh battery in the phone which may not be enough for the hard-core gamers.

Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 flaunts a 5.25-inch TFT touchscreen display with 1280x720 pixel resolution and thereby offering pixel density of 280 pixel per inch. It has a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core mobile processor and 1.5 GB RAM. The Grand 2 runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system but it has the TouchWiz user interface. The phone also comes with Samsung Store and other exclusive apps.

Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 comes with an 8 megapixel auto focus camera and an LED Flash at the back. This camera can be used to record full HD videos with stereo sound. In the front, it has a modest 1.9 megapixel camera for video calls. The dual SIM version offers HSPA+">HSPA (3G) network support in one of the SIM slots. Other than that the Grand 2 has WiFi, Bluetooth, FM Radio, and GPS with A-GPS and GLONASS support. Samsung has packed 2600 mAh battery to power this device.
